WEEK EIGHT

I lost 1.5 Pounds!

It feels good to get back on track with exercising. I think it was a real benefit. I’m hoping to do really well this upcoming week with exercising and eating well (most important part) to get past my 3rd goal weight! I’ve been at a plateau these last few weeks and I’m so ready to over come it. Spring break is coming up and I will be ready!
